Japanese Experts Help Improve 50 Auto Part Factories

The technical support by Japan has helped the local auto parts manufacturers to get prepared for export market by improving the quality and productivity of their products, as per global standards.

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) CEO Sher Ayub on Wednesday commenced the second term of SEMDA-JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency)being run for the technical support of the auto part manufacturing industry in Pakistan, conducted in cooperation with PAAPAM.

He said that auto sector was one of the rapidly growing sectors in Pakistan.
