Dubai begins Trial Run of Hydrogen-Powered Taxis

The trial run of region’s first hydrogen-powered taxis begins in Dubai according to Roads and Transport Authority(RTA).

Toyota Mirai will be on a trial run as the RTA continues looking alternative fuel options as the part of its sustainable transport strategy.

The car can run up to 500 km on a single refuel and is noiseless. Moreover, its fuelling can be done in minutes, unlike electric vehicles.
