Motorcycle Production Increased by 34.81pc

Motorcycle production witnessed a significant increase of 34.81 percent during first two first months (July-August) of the year 2017-2018 as compared to the same period of last year. This year (July-August) 2017-18, 324,824 units were produced as compared to 240,937 units in the same period of last year.

Figures show that production of Honda motor bikes increased as it went up to 187,410 units in July-August (2017-18) as compared to 136,890 units in the same period last year.

Similarly, other motorcycle manufacturers saw an increase in their production.
