Most Popular Car of Pakistan: Toyota Corolla

Sale of Toyota Corolla increased as it emerged as the most popular car of Pakistan as its sale rose to 50,640 units in the first quarter of current fiscal year 2017-18, as compared to 41,405 units during the same period of last year.

Data from Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Association (PAMA) suggests that sale of passenger cars rose to 15,639 units in September 2017 as compared 14,088 units in the same time of the preceding year.

In the period under review, Honda cars also witnessed an increase in the sales as it increased to 8,059 units last year as compared to 10,534 units in the current year.
