As we all know that, car market leader Maruti Suzuki has just launched an after-sales and service app called ‘Maruti Care’, like this only Japanese car maker Honda has also developed a similar mobile app which will be launched in the next one or two months. The very brick-and-mortar automobile industry is getting into the mobile app space with top gear speed. As we all know that, car market leader Maruti Suzuki has also just launched an after-sales and service app called 'Maruti Care' it will allow the customers better and more personalized access to the entire range of services.

 

For car makers this is a means to tap into their existing pool of customers and establish direct connect instead of only through the dealerships. Apart from making life easier for the customer, it would also help improve customer stickiness. "It's critical because it will offer direct connection with the customer. All the car apps concentrate on offering the complete range of after sales solutions as well as insurance and other services for the customer on his mobile. In India android phones started catching many customers attractions by the 2013 and they were also considered as the best automotive apps.

 

The mobile app drive began when the android phones started catching India's fancy and by late 2013, the first of the automotive apps were live. Among others, Hyundai Care' has been around for over a year now and is considered as the earliest car brand mobile applications in India. The latest rush of applications by car companies is driven by the increasing importance of the mobile phone in every personal transaction from e-commerce and payments to media and entertainment.
