Aurora Plans to Develop Autonomous Vehicles Through Partnership With Amazon Web Services

Aurora has been very busy lately. The startup received funding from Kia and Hyundai in 2019 and later acquired Uber's autonomous car business in 2020. The startup also partners with Volvo on autonomous trucks and Toyota on Siennas' autonomous vehicle fleet. So, Aurora is busy developing its autonomous technology for a wide variety of vehicles. AWS plans to expand into the autonomous and connected car segment following its emergence as a leader in cloud computing and storage services.
