NIO Get Approval to Sell Electric SUV in Europe

Chinese electric vehicle startup NIO Inc. have announced that they have received approval to sell the fully electric ES8 SUV in Europe. NIO, famous with the name "Tesla of China," began shipping the battery-powered ES8 in June 2018, but has never sold the SUV overseas. NIO announced its entry into Norway on 6 May. The company will ship the first ES8 to Norwegian customers in September.
