Honda to Stop Selling Gasoline Cars in Europe in 2022

 

By adding new electric vehicles to their model line or investing more in electric powertrains, automakers will have to make big changes as more countries introduce stricter emissions regulations. For example, the UK recently announced a ban on the sale of new petrol and diesel vehicles from 2030, prompting several carmakers to rush. In response, Honda Motor Co. Japan, as Autocar reports, will stop selling vehicles that use only gasoline or diesel in the coming years.
