Toyota will add Automatic Engine Shut Off and Auto-Park to all new Vehicles

Toyota has announced two new safety features which will be included in its future models beginning 2020.

The two new features are called “Auto Shut Off” and “Automatic Park”.

The first system will automatically turn off the engine after a pre-determined period of time. Toyota is planning to include enhancements in the future.

The other system automatic parking will begin rolling out in on 2020 models which are equipped with an “electronic means of shifting and/or applying the parking brake. If a driver exits a vehicle without putting it in park, it will automatically shift and/or apply the parking brake.
