Four New Traffic Fines are coming for UAE Residents

The motorist in UAE who commit violations by speeding through pedestrians’ crossings and not giving priority to the pedestrians will be slapped Dh500 fine and be given 6 black points.

Dh400 fine will be applied for stopping your vehicle in a way that threatens pedestrians or prevents their safe passage across the road.
You will be fined Dh400 if you park your vehicle on the pavement.

The warning devices employ artificial intelligence systems to give pedestrians priority while at crosswalks.

Under the drive for pedestrians’ safety more projects will follow which include building pedestrian bridges and tunnels as well as closing off holes or spaces between fences and to maintain safe passageways for all residents.
