Japan’s Space Agency working with Toyota to develop Moon Rover

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency announced Tuesday that it is working with Toyota to develop the moon rover of the future- a massive vehicle powered by fuel cells.

Although we have seen the first lunar vehicle that transports astronauts across the lunar space, but that was an American company working for America cause, Japanese manufactured is thinking on a global scale.

Whilst the rover may not launch at the end of the next decade, 2029, interest is already running high at Toyota.

There are two concept images released which show a lustrous, futuristic with a nose covered in angled windows.  The images show the vehicle has headlights, running lights and even brake lights. One image demonstrates a roll out solar display for generating solar power.
