Government of Pakistan Plans to Save PKR 43 Billion per Year on Import of Petroleum

Petroleum import has a huge burden on the economy of Pakistan therefore the government is planning to save 43 billion PKR ($273million) every year by doing some changes in their policies. The government to Pakistan is planning to utilize these savings to start new and productive projects in the energy sector. Top officials of the department of petroleum division gave ideas to the Prime Minister to give relief to the public by reducing the prices of the petroleum products.
